The Spring Fair is back!

Our ever popular Langside Primary PTC Spring Fair is back this year and promises to be bigger and better with lots of fun activities for all ages.

The fair will be held on Saturday 07 May, 10am to 1pm and will take place in the school playground and gym hall. Stalls include tombola, bric a brac, toys and books, clothes (mainly school uniforms) and lots more.

For the kids there will be an arts and crafts, beat the goalie and other fun and creative outdoor activities.

Following the success of our Indian food stall at our December fair, we are planning to host (trial) a street food market. We are hoping to offer a diverse range of dishes, sweet and savoury, and looking for parents, the community or local eateries to host a stall. If interested or for more info email weare@langsideptc.co.uk

The Spring Fair is open to the community and a suggested £1 entry fee for adults (kids free).

Donations

Parents and carers (or those who wish to donate) are being asked to take any saleable items of bric a brac, books and toys etc to the school on Friday 07 May from 2pm – 4pm.

If unable to come along at this time, you can email weare@langsideptc.co.uk to arrange an alternative drop off. Please do not drop items at the school out with time allocated.

Donations for the raffle are welcomed (needed). This could include toiletries, toys, wine, chocolate, games etc. Items should be new and/or unused.

All food should be brought to the school on the Saturday morning between 9am and 10am.

Volunteers

As always our events couldn’t happen without the continued support of our parents and carers. We would be looking for over 20 volunteers, and would be in a number of shifts. Friday 06 May 1.30pm to 3pm or 3pm to 5/5.30pm. Saturday 07 May 8am – 9.30am, 10am – 12pm, 12pm – 2pm and 2pm – 3pm. If available for one or more shifts please email weare@langsideptc to confirm day and time of availability.

Local businesses who would like to have a stall at Spring Fair, should email weare@langsideptc.co.uk  Bookings will be on a first come, first served basis and cash donation for stall encouraged.

As always all money raised will benefit the school.
